Residential Price Guide
Below is our minimum price for each property size and other minimum associated costs for services rendered based on 6 weekly recurring service. They are given as a guide as to what you can expect for the smallest home of each equivalent size, roughly.
If your property is not listed as it is smaller, the lowest minimum price for a 2 bed semi applies as standard. This is our lowest price for any job.
Add-ons are on a quote by quote basis but there is a guide as to roughly what to expect, each property is different however.

PLEASE NOTE- First cleans will be subject to a first clean charge dependent on condition and state of windows. This will be fully explained to you prior to the first clean taking place.
This additional fee ranges from 25% to 100% depending on the state of your windows and time/tools/chemicals required to get them up to your desired specifications.
